In order to “pull” or obtain a building permit, the licensed contractor must personally appear and sign for any building permit;
or,
Produce via hand delivered, facsimile, electronic mail or United States Mail, a Notarized, signed certificate bearing the licensed contractors signature - with the specific project address listed - for the permit to be released to a third party.
